I have stayed at Michael's property for 2 years to date at this point. He has been extremely responsive and gone the extra mile with any questions or concerns I have had during my time at the house. Michael is not only a responsive landlord, but one who understands my busy schedule and does everything possible to ensure I do not have to worry about the house myself and my daughter live at. He has even responded to calls after midnight multiple times to ensure we are well taken care of. I have rented Michaels home for an extended period of time. The back patio is great to have coffee or wind down the day. Michael has been great to work with on every level. Access is great and all stores and dining are close by. His is very attentive to his tenant needs. I would recommend his home. Above all Michael is a very kind person always willing to help his tenant.
