The house is located near the energy corridor and many shops. In fact, the house is located near two major freeways. Because of the close proximity to the freeways, you will be well on your way to any Houston destination by the time most commuters are just entering the freeway.
The bedrooms come with quality beds with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size mattress, and a full-size bed in the other two bedrooms.
The kitchen has an LG refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, and disposal. There is a downstairs flat smart TV as well as a flat smart TV in the master bedroom.
There is a large expandable dining room table.
The utility room has a washer and dryer.
The patio is equipped with a table, chairs, and a gas grill.
There is a doggie door but unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
The advertised rent includes a $300 allotment towards basic TV streaming services, high-speed internet service, and a small utility allowance. You will be responsible to reimburse for expenses that exceed the above allotment for these services. I rented the property for 3 months from May to August for me and my family. Michael was very responsive in answering my questions and setting up the agreement. His support throughout the tenancy was outstanding from setting up TV packages and internet services as per my preference, to addressing any service items throughout my stay. Best example: One night I lost internet connectivity just before midnight. I contacted Michael by text message and he immediately was on the phone to Comcast to resolve the issue.
The property is very well maintained and ideally situated for quick access to both the Energy Corridor as well as IAH airport. The community pool is within walking distance as is the neighborhood lake with a nice running track around it. I can wholeheartedly recommend the property.
Michael was extremely responsive when it came to booking the unit and was willing to help us out a ton to make sure that our client was happy with their stay.
I rented this property for a month earlier this year. Michael was easy to work with and I appreciated his attention to detail. The house was well-maintained and furnished with clean, comfortable furniture and beds. The location, nested along Beltway 8 between Hwy 290 and Hwy 45 was perfect. The kitchen was well-appointed with appliances, cook wear, dishes, etc. Upon my arrival I found a manicured yard with beautiful landscaping and the patio was delightful for morning coffee and evening relaxation. I would definitely rent this house again!

You will find the landlord Michael to be very responsive and attentive. The house looks like what the picture shows. Every little thing that you could need is thought of and provided including an excellent BBQ grill. Internet is fast and reliable. The backdoor, which has a pet-door, leads to a fully fenced in and manicured backyard. It is comfortable and quiet and located within a very short drive to grocery stores, pharmacy, walmart and restaurants. It is also very close to beltway 8. There is a large, beautiful park within walking distance. We moved in as a family of five and were very satisfied. It was a much needed relief as we were transitioning through from overseas. Highly recommended.
Perfect corporate housing for my temporary assignment in Houston. Nice home with all the amenities in nice neighborhood wirh easy access to major highways. Owner was very attentive and always available. I travel and use corporate housing frequently. I give this house a 5 star rating and highly recommend it.
I have rented Michaels home for an extended period of time. The back patio is great to have coffee or wind down the day. Michael has been great to work with on every level. Access is great and all stores and dining are close by. His is very attentive to his tenant needs. I would recommend his home.
