It’s very relaxing sitting on outside balcony under ceiling fan with view of large lagoon, watching the pelicans feed and watching the recreational boats head out to Lake Pontchartrain.
Being that condo unit is on first floor, which is raised off ground, makes it very convenient for us in not having to climb stairs. Also the off-street gated parking is very safe and private.
There are also 2 large balcony closets that are accessible on balcony for miscellaneous storage.
Community is nice and we enjoy conversing with our neighbors.
The 2 pools on each side of condo unit with outside grills are awesome, always very clean and inviting.
