Great property in a very nice historic neighborhood. Easy access to & from freeway and into & out of downtown. Property is spacious for 1 or 2 people, and has everything you need while staying away from home. Close to grocery store & restaurants. West Side Market is great for fresh produce, bakery.

I lived in property downstairs of this for 4 weeks with my wife and son. We really enjoyed our stay here it is a comfortable house conveniently located. John E. the owner is an awesome man to deal with. I would recommend any one to rent property from john. I never viewed this house before renting and found it exactly as described by john.

Exceeded all of our expectations. My wife and I stayed here for just about 6 weeks and were very pleased with our experience. John E was a terrific host - pleasant, helpful and prompt as well as being incredibly accommodating to our needs - even as they changed during our stay. The apartment itself was absolutely lovely - well furnished and appointed, warm and cozy, and perfectly located. It was very convenient having so many places within walking distance (west side market, grocery store, dry cleaner, 2 really great cafes, and countless nice restaurants and bars) - and being right on the bus line to get downtown in just a few minutes. I know that I will definitely look to John E first for a place to stay the next time work takes me back to Cleveland. I thoroughly recommend this rental to anyone looking for accommodation in Cleveland. You will not find a better apartment in such a great neighbourhood. R. Rhodes London, UK

Was a great place to stay while I attended training in Cleveland. This was my first experience with CHBO and I could not have hoped for more. The place is as described, but wonderfully decorated and functionable. And the landlord was extremely helpful and available.
