We rented here for 6 months while our new house in Frisco was being completed. It's a really nice cozy 4 bedroom house set up with literally everything you need, from furniture, dishes, silverware, pots and pans and even spices in the cupboard. Just bring your own food and you're ready to go. It's a nice quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to a Tom Thumb grocery store. Everything else is a short distance away; restaurants, shopping, theaters, etc. We were actually sad to leave, as we grew to love the house, the neighborhood and location. The owners also are great to work with. We only had one issue with a clogged disposal, and once we notified them, they were there the same day to fix it. Couldn't ask for better service. I would without hesitation recommend this house to any of my friends or relatives. It was a wonderful 6 months for us, all around.
