Virtual Tour

Overview

Description

This CHBO Certified four-bedroom executive rental is found on the second floor of a Mission District Edwardian home. Completely renovated and stocked with high end materials and finishes, it’s just twenty minutes to the financial district, a block from Zuckerburg General Hospital, and close to shuttles and the BART.

San Francisco is famous for its architecture, and this Edwardian is indicative of the simpler, brighter styles that evolved from the city’s Victorians. Featuring overhanging turret style bay windows, the building is in one the city’s most famous areas, the Mission District, known for its central location and the best weather in town. It’s near the 101, the famous north-south California highway that will become the Golden Gate Bridge if you drive north after passing through some famous areas of the city, and to Los Angeles or San Diego if you head south. A Google shuttle stop is walking distance, as is the University of California San Francisco shuttle a block away. Public transport via the BART is less than a mile away.

On the second floor of the building this four-bedroom luxury family rental is available for stays of three months or longer, but whenever it is time to go you’ll be sad your time is up. This airy, bright completely remodeled flat is graced with clean, streamlined furniture and a modern look characterized by a neutral colors, polished surfaces, and symmetry. The living and dining rooms combine to be this home’s show piece. Cool blue fabric, white, and glass make for a calm and inviting space, as does the 50-inch large flat screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. A panoramic bay window casts the sunlight over the modern décor and original re-sanded and finished hardwood floors. The adjacent dining room seats six. The gourmet kitchen features a six-burner stove, stainless steel double oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig Coffeemaker, and large side-by-side refrigerator. The two full bathrooms feature tiles walk-in showers and another full bathroom with bathtub and designer tile. The four bedrooms are uniquely decorated and feature six beds, five full beds and a Queen. There is a new washer and dryer for laundry day.

The Mission District is full of trendy bakeries, coffee shops, bars, and because this is a city of the world, many restaurants serving ethnic cuisines you’ll drool over. The cities’ oldest “Soda Fountain” shop is three blocks over, and this area is host to the best Mexican restaurants in the city. You can walk or travel by bus, BART, or cable cars in San Francisco, but here you won’t need to go far. Starr King Open Space, Potrero Hill Rec Center, and McKinley Square are all nearby green spaces where you can reconnect with nature. It’s only 12 minutes to AT&T Park to go see the San Francisco Giants, and the Embarcadero, Pier 39, and ferries to Alcatraz can be reached in around forty minutes. To the west, the Castro is a famous area for artists, while the massive Golden Gate Park is just twenty minutes from your new home away from home.

The property is cleaned and sanitized between each guest stay following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.

Visiting tech workers have close access to Postmates, AirBnB, Pinterest, Adobe, Square, Uber, Hired, Twitter, Foursquare, Indiegogo, Nanigans, and Adroll are well known tech firms located in South of Mission. Singular, Line2, Lookout Mobile, Trulia, Google, Zendesk, and Path are in the Mission itself. Financial corporate tenants can head to the Financial District to First Republic Bank, McKesson, Charles Schwab, and Wells Fargo. Don’t forget PG&E, salesforce.com, clothiers like The Gap, Williams-Sonoma, and Levi Strauss either. San Francisco State University, UCSF, the Art Institute of San Francisco, and USF are here for higher education travelers, while travel nurses will enjoy close access to Zuckerberg General, Sutter Health, Cal Pacific Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente, and Dignity Health.

*****10 STARS*****My friends and I were in SF for a nursing contract, and we eventually had our children come also! I'm not sure if I should start with how amazing Frank is or how awesome the place was!! This is an extremely spacious 4bdrm 3 bath house, it was clean, beautiful AND had EVERYTHING a family could need! There was a washer & dryer, coffee maker, crock pot, double oven, pressure cooker, and this is just a few of the bonus items we loved having; ON TOP of the basic amenities like clean sheets, nice fluffy towels, warm blankets, with extras in the closet! I could go on and on about how beautifully it was decorated with the subtle beach theme throughout the unit! The colors and small details just blended oh so beautifully! This place was truly amazing, and when we contacted Frank about ANYTHING he was johnny on the spot about getting us what we needed! It was so hard leaving this place, we loved being able to get up and walk to the bay wheels and go bike riding downtown! This was just a walk away from the Bart station, and a few steps away from the local bus! We were able to ride the bikes, or walk to grocery store, bank, and even shopping! There are great little restaurants and stores down the street! So much to explore in the neighborhood and I wish we would have had more time here! I hope I get a chance to stay here again in the future!!
