Also included with this rental is access to fitness center, rec room, business center, and outdoor pool that features grill and fire pit. The condo can be rented unfurnished as well.

Great condo facility in an awesome location and with a terrific landlord. All you'll need are the clothes on your back and a toothbrush. This place is decked out with all anyone could desire. Covered parking included, which is a nice bonus. Parking spot is conveniently located within the complex and your front door. I have no hesitation in giving this CHBO a 5 star rating. Thank you, Terri!

Re-located to Austin for the year for work, and had the best 12 months living in Terri's condo! You couldn't find a more ideal location in the city in my opinion- literally on the Hike and Bike trail, next to Zilker Park with tons of restaurants down the street and Barton springs/south congress/south lamar/downtown within walking distance. Felt very safe living there alone. The condo itself is extremely clean, well stocked, and comfortable with a great covered parking spot and nice condo building amenities. You also couldn't ask for a better landlord- had zero issues with the condo during my stay, but Terri responded immediately with any questions that I had. If I wasn't moving again, I would have 100% rented this condo for another year!
