This is a great apartment in a great location! The unit has been recently renovated, so everything is new, modern, and very clean. The location is perfect, too. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and bus stops. The owner, Elizabeth, is incredibly gracious and accommodating. She made us feel very welcome and was always quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend this apartment for a short or long-term stay!

Fantastic location. I love being close to the park, Northgate Mall, Green Lake, Safeway, Kona Kitchen, etc and yet tuck away in nice quiet neighborhood. Elizabeth is easy to communicate with! She and her kids even agreed to puppy sit for me for a short trip. Highly recommend this beautiful spacious studio!
