I recently spent three months here and it was a great experience from start to finish. The place is in a great part of town, just a couple minutes drive to Newport Beach, and plenty to do in the area. The condo is situated next to a nature preserve which I would enjoy on my evening run. The condo grounds are fantastic with a spacious lap pool and gym. The condo itself had everything i needed, and comfortable, clean furniture. The owner was Luiz was great. He was able to meet me for a showing prior to signing a lease, prompt with return deposit, and responsive to requests. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and will stay again if my travels bring me back here.

Great experience, I came down to Irvine for a 6 month assignment and found Luiz and this gem. My assignment was extended several times and I ended up staying almost 3 years. the whole experience was amazing and Luiz is a great landlord. I highly recommend both Him and his Condo. It's quiet, but has all the amenities you'd hope for including a gym and pool/spa. The furniture in the condo is clean and nice. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Owner provided me with all the information from the moment I inquired, all transactions were handled in a timely manner and very professional. The apartment has everything you could need and more. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Owner is always available if you ever need any assistance. Location of the apartment is great, 2 mins from major freeways and John Wayne airport. It felt like living in a resort because of all the amenities. All and all a first class experience and I highly recommend it.

Stayed in this one bedroom apt for a month. it was a pleasant stay very nice and clean, safe, great location, quiet and classy. The owner was very nice and professional as if I was dealing with a big known company. One day I lost my key and he was kind to come over in the middle of the night to give me a new spear of keys. I would totally recommend this apartment and I would will rent from him again. Thanks Luiz for your great service.

Stayed there two weeks in 2009 and two recently in 2010. Very clean, safe and quiet place. Excellent Internet access. Close to shopping places, bike pathways and to major places of interest. Highly recommended. JP
