This place is a true gem and I would highly recommend staying here. It was extremely comfortable and I felt very safe. The space is also very clean and has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a big TV in both the bedroom and the living room! It is in a very cool neighborhood next to all the fun bars and restaurants in Edgewood, O4W and Inman Park. Robert could not have been more helpful and accommodating to me during my stay. Had a wonderful 2 month stay this fall. Great location, close to some good food, historic landmarks, and transportation. The apartment has everything you need, comfortable bed, and thick towels. With friendly neighbors to boot. Highly recommended, and I will certainly return

The apartment that I rented in Atlanta, listing #19393, was a superb offering by CHBO. The owner, Robert was a consummate gentleman and had done such a spectacular job converting the space over his garage into a free-standing apartment, replete with all new kitchen appliances and a washer/dryer, an incredibly comfortable bed and flat screen TV’s in both the living room and bedroom. He was the perfect host, a real people-person, who graciously took me on a walking tour of a neighborhood quickly becoming the newest developing area in the downtown part of Atlanta. Not far from the beltway, and very close to wonderful shops and eateries, this apartment is perfectly situated to accommodate the every need of the corporate housing renter finding themselves in Atlanta for a temporary or even long-term stay. Robert's property is truly five stars! One star goes to the location: Marta, active night life, good food, Beltline, Krog Street, and so much more are within walking distance. Two stars go to the actual apartment: it was spotless, very well equipped, and private. Another star goes to Robert -- he was very communicative, fast responding, and very accommodating. And a fifth star goes to the exclusive parking spot -- a rarity in the city that is a must-have convenience! I highly recommend this property with zero reservations!
