Folsom Home Near Trails, Dogs Welcome - Corporate Housing Rental

Highly recommend!!! This home is comfortable, private, and has everything you need. The owner gives you a starter set of all the basics (e.g., garbage bags, toilet paper, etc.), which was really helpful. The master bedroom is ginormous and the bed is extremely comfortable. The master bath had been recently renovated with a beautiful new shower. There are desks in each room that we used to work remotely. The wifi and HVAC work really well. The TV is huge and multiple streaming services are included. I think the couch even has a pull-out bed if needed. There are also lots of interesting books and games. The home is in a cul-de-sac and is close to walking/biking trails which go on for miles - we even used them to trek to the old town a few times!. The owners are super friendly and very responsive. The neighbors are kind and helpful. My only regret is that we weren't able to really use the beautiful back yard for barbeques because we were there in the winter - I guess we'll just have to return! Thank you Jamie and Julie - I wish all corporate housing experiences were as wonderful as this!!

This beautiful home was beyond amazing for my family! With 2 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs we had all the open yet cozy space we needed. Julie was everything we could hope for in a host and her communication was prompt, clear and friendly. We loved the location of this home on a cul-de-sac near several great parks in a lovely walkable neighborhood with great neighbors. Super close to grocery stores, restaurants and all kinds of other stores as well as nature areas. The home is furnished with comfy everything and after coming from a situation where we didn't have our belongings right away, it felt inviting to every member of the family. It is stocked with the basic necessities and in our situation that was beyond awesome. It was truly a home away from home when my family needed it and I couldn't have asked for a better host or home. Julie's house was the perfect place for us and our dogs. The yard was spacious with a lovely lawn for the dogs to play on. The home was easy to keep clean with no carpeting for the dogs to damage. The location close to the Folsom bike path network and several open spaces including a dog park was ideal to enjoy the outdoors. As a bonus the home is located within a 5 minute drive to many grocery stores, restaurants and shops as well as Folsom Lake itself. Julie was a wonderful host, she makes several streaming services available to her guests. She was quick to answer any queries and very helpful when any questions arose. The home is well stocked with cooking implements and linens. I particularly enjoyed eating a fresh grapefruit from her tree every morning for several weeks. Her neighbors were friendly and helpful. This house was absolutely perfect for my family of 5 and two dogs!!! The fenced yard is big and awesome for the dogs and it was wonderful how friendly and accommodating Julie was with the dogs! My kids loved the spacious bedrooms and each room even had a desk for them to do their daily distance learning online. The open concept kitchen with the huge island and large screen tv was super fun for us all to be together and sit comfortably! The master bedroom is huge!! Plenty of room for the dog beds on the ground and the closet alone, you could even fit a pack and play if needed as it’s huge. Super comfortable bed and lovely shower; both my husband and I were super cozy and also loved the master slider to the backyard for the dogs! The house location is very central to awesome shopping, fantastic restaurants, fabulous biking and walking trails, fun parks, and on a cul-de-sac for added privacy and more open outdoor play space for the kids. We had a super wonderful time and will be back. Thank you, Julie, for making this such a delightful stay for my family and I. We are very grateful!
