Aurora and Ron are two of the kindest, reliable, and most transparent landlords I have had in my 5+ years of traveling. Their home was exceptionally warm, yet spacious. It was comfortable, quiet, and private. If I ever needed anything or had questions around the property they were very prompt in responding. As I was renting the private room, Aurora & Ron were still very polite as to notify when they would be stopping over with ample notice. As a night shifter this was a great courtesy. This was my first experience renting out a "room" at a property and it could not have been more positive. Their house manual and recommendations of the immediate area were extremely helpful while orienting to a new area. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable to nearby bars & restaurants but also far enough back from the main streets to keep the house quiet from foot and vehicle traffic. My commute to OHSU was roughly 15 minutes working night shift.

We enjoyed a very nice stay at this listing. The house was very accommodating with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, and, best of all, a fantastic location. Ron was gracious with a few requests throughout our stay and his kindness made our experience that much better.
