We stayed here for 8 months, mid-2018. A perfect place to experience high-rise living in a vibrant city atmosphere - great location in Mid-town. This condo has everything you'll need, it's comfortable, well decorated, spacious and safe including superb amenities (pool, outdoor kitchen, grill). There are many, many restaurants and shops within a couple of blocks; a Publix grocery store and a MARTA station are only a block away. The owner, the building property manager and the concierge staff are first class. We highly recommend it!

I spent about a year and a half here and really enjoyed it. Building staff are very helpful. The unit itself is very spacious and the finishes in the unit were great. Very quiet and respectful neighbors. Tons of common space. Convenient to everything. Best of all the owner was great to work with. I would highly recommend it.

I stayed here for a year and loved every minute of it. The location is right in the fun part of Midtown with easy access to all sorts of venues. The interior is very modern and fresh with a huge relaxing Jacuzzi type tub in the bathroom. The amenities in the building are fantastic and they treat you like an owner. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish Condo with a great view.

A fantastic place to stay in Atlanta. The condo is well furnished and well set up. The bathroom has a huge tub with Jacuzzi and a separate shower. And the walk-in closet is huge. The kitchen has top line appliances and is well stocked. The view to the East is terrific with a great view of Stone Mountain. The sunrises are gorgeous. The private elevator is a wonderful addition to living in this building. The staff at Aqua are helpful, courteous and friendly. They helped me out on several occasions. And their system for notifying you when you receive packages is outstanding. You get an email within minutes of a package arriving at the desk for you. Parking is also well set up and the garage is well maintained. I didn't really have any significant problems in my six months staying there, but anything I needed or any questions I had were quickly dealt with by Tim, who manages the condo. He is the ultimate professional. This property is highly recommended!

I just stayed here, it is awesome. The photos are great but it is even better when you see it. Luxury condo, impeccably furnished and finished, with plenty of room and openness. If you can get this place, get it. Private elevator is particularly cool, and view of Midtown, toward Piemont Park (walking distance), and Stone Mountain. Building is great, too, with perfect location, great access and parking (inside, secure, private space). Nice Publix grocery just a block away, and plenty of good restaurants walking distance. Concierges downstairs very friendly and helpful, and some very nice other tenants. Scott

This apartment is great! I stayed there for 6 months during my short term assignment. It is very safe and well furnished and clean. Location is great. Walking distance to Piedmont park, to restaurants in Midtown, to Martha etc. It has the best parking lot in the building. Great bathroom (jacuzzi, large shower etc), All equipments are new. I feel myself very lucky to have this apartment during my stay in Atlanta. I strongly suggest you to have this experience!

Wow! My stay at Aqua was fabulous! The staff at Aqua is very considerate and helpful. Aqua is walking distance from great restaurants, Publix, and the metro. Tim was great - always a phone call away. No problems with the condo whatsoever. The interior design of the condo is really fun and great for entertaining. You can see the sun rise over Stone Mountain in the morning; it's beautiful. The bathroom and walk-in closet are fabulous - huge, huge, huge. It was just great. I considered buying a condo at Aqua in order to stay!!
