My family of four with two sons 4 and 9 stayed here for two months this summer while I was at MDAnderson for treatment. It was excellent location to downtown and the hospital, quiet and we were the only people ever at the pool. The neighbors were very nice as well. Jim, the owner, is very accommodating and just a pleasure to work with more like a friend or family.

Everything about this house was wonderful! Great location just near Houston downtown and highway that can take easily to all direction around the city. I stayed there 8 days enjoying all the facilities and wonderful decoration. The house is new and very clean. I warmly recommend that house, the pleasant and helpful owner and definitely come back while I'm next time in Houston.

I was diagnosed with a rare breast cancer this year and needed a place to stay for my mother and me and my 18 month old boy while I was undergoing radiation at MD Anderson for 4-5 weeks. From the very beginning when I contacted Jim about renting his place I knew I wanted to rent with him. He is so kind and was so willing to accommodate our stay in anyway he could. The place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of downtown Houston! My mother and I both felt so peaceful and relaxed while we were there and it was perfect for my little boy. We enjoyed the pool and took daily 5 mile walks in the area. We felt at home in the condo and in the neighborhood, meeting many great people who lived in the area. The condo was very safe and secure with a garage to park in and two gates with passwords, which made us feel even better. We were so close to everything! We did a lot of shopping and a lot of sight-seeing since it was so close. We were literally within a mile from grocery stores, gas stations, fast food,(McD's right up the street) great parks, restaurants and shopping! Also, a post office and downtown attractions were only a few minutes away. I drove to MD Anderson twice a day and had no problems with traffic, it was about a 10 minute drive from the condo. If you are looking for a beautiful, quite, peaceful place in Houston to stay this is definitely the place!! Jim is such a great person to rent from, he went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He has become a great friend to me and my family and we are so blessed to have met him and stayed in his beautiful condo! We will be back!!
