As I just relocated to Houston, I needed a place to say while I looked for a home. I was at the condo for almost two months. The building is well-managed and Jim is very accommodating. I work downtown and this location is very close. There are also many things close, such as restaurants, Target, etc. Everything you need is in the condo. The kitchen is well supplied and as someone else pointed out, towels, sheets, etc. are already there. A washer and dryer is also in the condo. The pool is a great place to relax, the patio has a great view, and there's a jogging track and park at the end of the block. I highly recommend this place!

The condo is beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Nice amenities as well such as a pool and so close to shops and a lovely park! Perfect for commuting into downtown Houston ? it took me less than 10 minutes to drive to work. I enjoyed my extended stay and wouldn?t hesitate staying at the condo in the future.

This is a beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful place. Like walking into your own condo, the place is equipped with EVERYTHING, from towels to wine stoppers. Definitely worth the cost, would stay again in a heartbeat.

While in Houston visiting friends, my husband, 23-month old daughter and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks in late December 2010. It was fabulous! We live in the Southern Caribbean, so other than our clothes and some toiletries we could not bring much. The apartment was safe, spacious and fully equipped. Jim, the owner, was very helpful. All in all a great experience and so happy I found this, just by browsing the net!

I was diagnosed with a rare breast cancer this year and needed a place to stay for my mother and me and my 18 month old boy while I was undergoing radiation at MD Anderson for 4-5 weeks. From the very beginning when I contacted Jim about renting his place I knew I wanted to rent with him. He is so kind and was so willing to accommodate our stay in anyway he could. The place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of downtown Houston! My mother and I both felt so peaceful and relaxed while we were there and it was perfect for my little boy. We enjoyed the pool and took daily 5 mile walks in the area. We felt at home in the condo and in the neighborhood, meeting many great people who lived in the area. The condo was very safe and secure with a garage to park in and two gates with passwords, which made us feel even better. We were so close to everything! We did a lot of shopping and a lot of sight-seeing since it was so close. We were literally within a mile from grocery stores, gas stations, fast food,(McD's right up the street) great parks, restaurants and shopping! Also, a post office and downtown attractions were only a few minutes away. I drove to MD Anderson twice a day and had no problems with traffic, it was about a 10 minute drive from the condo. If you are looking for a beautiful, quite, peaceful place in Houston to stay this is definitely the place!! Jim is such a great person to rent from, he went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He has become a great friend to me and my family and we are so blessed to have met him and stayed in his beautiful condo! We will be back!!
