Property owner recently purchased this property as an investment rental. This is the only investment property owned and so there is a great attention to detail to make this a truly special executive home. Property owner purchased brand new rugs, sofas and chairs as well as outdoor furniture for tenants. Property is managed by a property management company to ensure prompt responses to requests.
