This is a clean, comfortable and welcoming free-standing house in a friendly gated community with easy freeway access. The train station is approximately one mile away for easy commuting as another option. The house is on the west side of I-5 and is located less than one mile from the beach. Coastal South Oceanside is a tourist destination and a great place to live.
