I have over 20 years experience in property acquisitions and rentals. Currently we run two Airbnb's at vacation locations and manage multiple long term rentals. This is the first foray into corporate rentals. We have chosen corporate rentals because we have our family stay at this property when visiting but it sits empty the rest of the year. We keep this property in immaculate shape, to keep all of our nibbling's and close family comfortable during their stay.
