The Griswold - Nice place - AWFUL HOSTS! I will be filing a small claims over my $500 that these scammeers took from me. Have a look at this "Bill". First of all, I dont smoke, and I have no guests that smoke. I bough an air purifier 2 days after I moved in because of the odor And I have NO PETS AT ALL!, not even a visting pet!. I was barely even in the apt. I worked long days, and when I was off, Id be on the town. my daughter put the keys, and the remotes in one of ht emoving boxes trying to help shes 11. I found and returned them a few days later. The chord was on top fo the refridgerator. These fools would try to run the card, despite me telliong them that I lock it when its not being used. All I asked of them to do was to shoot me a text when they planned on charging it, so I could unlock it, EVERY SINGLE TIME, theyd try to run it without notification so I could allow the charge. Look at the petty itemization for things that I am not even resonsible for. They have the roku remotes, yet Im charged. , same for the keys, fobs. They have the "missing items" . That f^&*( stain on the sofa was mentioned to him on a call the day I moved in. and the cupboard above the sink. Doug jr mentioned that the their lease is up next month ,They are trying to pin ALL the damages an whatever else is on this list on the last renter so they dont have to pay for them. I'm filing small claims at 36th district Monday. PS, when I called them to bitch about theri claims, they called the police on me and said I was harrasing them.. I'm furious. I would definately recommend the griswold, but stay away from these scammers .
