Our most recent tenancy was a three-year corporate lease with a European CEO who contacted us fewer than three times over the entire term. That is the standard we set, and the experience we offer.
We understand what busy professionals and international residents need: a home that works without requiring their attention, a landlord who is responsive but never intrusive. We are owners who care about our home and select tenants accordingly.
We respond promptly, handle maintenance proactively, and prefer long-term tenants who treat the property as their own. Corporate leases and direct employer arrangements are welcome and preferred. Children and pets are fine. Non-smoking only.
Our Encino property offers four bedrooms plus a private skylit home office, a south-facing pool (nice and warm), panoramic San Fernando Valley views, full solar - everything a relocating executive or international family needs to arrive and get to work.
