Hi,
The property we are renting is a family property built over 60 years ago in the heart of Ivy, just off of Owensville Rd. It's been home to our family members and a rental to UVA law students and many others over the years. We hope to find tenants who appreciate the home and will enjoy living in a quiet, peaceful place not too far from town. We are easy-going people with property nearby to address the needs of our tenants.
