Welcome to Our Family Home in Ivy
Tucked into the quiet countryside of Ivy, just off Owensville Road, this family property has been part of our story for over 60 years. Through the decades it's been home to generations of our family, sheltered UVA law students working toward their degrees, and welcomed all kinds of tenants who've come to love its peaceful setting.
We think of it less as a rental and more as a home with history — the kind of place with character you won't find in a newer build, surrounded by nature but still just a short drive from Charlottesville and all it has to offer. Whether you're here for a season, a semester, or a work assignment, you'll find it's an easy spot to settle in and feel grounded.
As landlords, we're easy-going and hands-on when it matters. We live nearby and are always quick to respond if you need anything — think of us as neighbors first, landlords second.
