Hi, I’m Patti, a Texas property owner, homebuilder and mortgage broker. I own and manage properties throughout Texas and currently oversee housing for more than 30 residents and short-term guests.

My background in homebuilding, mortgage lending and property management gives me a unique understanding of what makes a home comfortable, functional and well maintained. I take pride in creating thoughtfully designed spaces where residents can feel at home—not simply like they are staying in a temporary rental.

I understand the importance of clear communication, dependable service and a smooth housing experience, especially for professionals relocating or traveling for extended assignments.
