We are a husband-and-wife real estate team with deep roots in North County San Diego and more than 18 years of experience in real estate ownership, buying and selling real estate, property management, single-home and multi-unit construction, and interior design. Our work has given us a broad understanding of what makes a property not only beautiful, but functional, well-maintained, and enjoyable.
Paul has called Encinitas home since 1986, and together we have lived in Carlsbad for the past 20 years. We love San Diego and everything that comes with its coastal lifestyle, from the beaches and neighborhoods to the strong sense of community throughout North County.
When we are not working on properties, you can usually find us driving around four children, homeschooling, coaching on the baseball field, at the dance studio, enjoying the outdoors, surfing, playing pickleball, spending time at the beach, or taking advantage of everything San Diego has to offer.
