Hello! This property is co-owned by Donald and Julia Starcke. We are a husband-and-wife real estate team, experienced in home renovation, home sales, and rental property management. In each of our projects, our primary goal is to fully understand and promptly respond to the needs of both our buyers and our guests. We have enlisted an experienced, local professional property management firm which has the capacity to quickly respond to the on-site needs of our Savannah residents. In our Ardsley Park home specifically, we spent months in Savannah earlier in 2026 to personally direct its renovation and furnishing. Earlier in our careers, we both gained long experience in corporate settings. Julia worked as an interior designer for architectural and design firms in the NYC area. Donald was a satellite TV sales and marketing executive, and for an additional decade was a senior grant writer and development director for a large agency serving thousands of Brooklyn's neediest children and adults. Our approach to property management is rooted in providing hands-on, responsive service to our guests. We stand ready to help you make your next Savannah stay restful, enjoyable and productive.
