I’m Verónica, an out-of-state licensed architect and longtime Santa Fe resident and builder with a lifelong passion for architecture, art, design, and creating beautiful spaces.

Over the years, I have designed, restored, and managed distinctive homes, bringing together character, comfort, and thoughtful attention to detail. My properties reflect my appreciation for Southwestern architecture, art, antiques, and carefully curated interiors.

I divide my time between Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Bariloche, Argentina, so I understand firsthand the importance of having a comfortable, fully equipped home when living away from home for an extended period.

My goal is to offer more than simply a furnished rental. I want my guests to have a beautiful, welcoming, and well-maintained home where they can settle in immediately and experience Santa Fe as a local. I am available when needed while always respecting my guests’ privacy and independence.
