I'm a licensed California real estate broker and principal of Corporate Realty Group, a Santa Monica commercial real estate brokerage. I actually built this property myself as an owner-builder — the experience that inspired me to launch Zund Design Build, my construction company. So when I say it's well cared for, I mean it in every sense, from the plumbing to the paint.

Outside of work, I'm a thrill seeker — snowboarding, hiking, and CrossFit keep me moving, and music's been a lifelong passion (still play in a soul band). I'm a devoted family man and dog lover who believes life's too short to sweat the small stuff. I live in the moment but plan ahead — the same mindset I bring to hosting: easy, well-run, genuinely comfortable stays, whether you're here a month or a season.

I'm not afraid to make mistakes — I just catch them fast and fix them faster. Same goes for you as a guest: if something needs attention, I'm close by and quick to act.
