Apuama Homes manages furnished rentals in Los Angeles and Colorado, currently around a dozen units. Most are owner-managed properties where the owner wanted hands-on management rather than a large institutional firm.

Our background is hospitality. We run these units to short-term rental standards, which means professional cleaning between stays, real linens and stocked kitchens, fast response times, and properties that are genuinely ready on arrival rather than ready-ish.

For stays of 30 days and longer, that same standard applies with less friction. Traveling professionals, relocating teams, project crews, and families between homes all get a place that works on day one.
