The Western White House has been in the corporate rental business for more than 45 years. Throughout that time, we have remained committed to excellence, personal service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

For 25 years, we have proudly operated what has become one of the most successful vacation and mid-term rental businesses in South maintaining a 100% five-star review record. What we enjoy most about this business isn't simply the properties or the success we've achieved. It's the people. Over the years, we've had the privilege of welcoming guests from all over the world, many of whom have become lasting friends. It has been an incredibly and fulfilling career.

Our connection to the California coast goes even deeper. For 43 years, we also published SouthCoast Magazine, celebrating the people, lifestyle, communities, and unique beauty of this remarkable area.

We love the California Riviera, and after more than four decades, we remain just as passionate about sharing everything that makes this place special with our guests.

45+ years of hospitality. Thousands of guests. Countless friendships. And a love for the California Riviera that continues to this day.
