We are both seniors, recently retired after selling our 13-year-old home-based business - sandblast engraving rock, slate and pavers. We have kids living in the Northwest and one in Jerusalem. Carolyn is an active member of the local arts studio doing watercolor painting and pottery. She teaches painting at the Arts Center and at the local Community Center. We both volunteer at the local food bank and Howard also volunteers at the local hospital. Howard manages our business activities. We have both been renters in the past, which gives us an insight into what you want in a comfortable, safe, and affordable away-from-home environment.
