I'm Terry Smith, a longtime Fort Worth resident and Realtor with nearly 40 years of real estate experience, including 15 years as a mortgage loan officer. I've owned and managed rental properties for many years and have been an Airbnb Superhost with over 11 years of hosting experience.

I take pride in providing clean, comfortable, well-maintained homes where guests can feel at home, whether they're relocating, on a corporate assignment, working in healthcare, or needing temporary housing.

As a local owner, I understand the importance of responsive communication, attention to detail, and making extended stays as convenient and stress-free as possible.

I enjoy welcoming guests to Fort Worth and am always happy to answer questions or share recommendations about our wonderful city!
