I am a private owner who manages a rental located in heart Pacific Beach. It is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach cottage that is within walking/biking distance to the beaches and many shops and restaurants. I also have a 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom ski condo in Truckee, CA. I use all three places and have them appointed with comfort and quality in mind.
