As a long-time Austin resident, it pleases me to see the ever increasing vitality in our city. This studio space was formerly my work-space as a painter and sculptor. I am an original owner in the complex and bought at a time when the Perdnales Lofts was one of the first of its kind in the area. My current lifestyle in downtown Austin is such that I no longer need the studio space and am happy to offer it to those coming to Austin seeking a home base for their active, energetic, creative lifestyles!
