Hello! I manage this property myself, and live in the garden flat below. I am exceedingly quiet and non-intrusive but available as needed.

As a long time area resident, I am a good resource if you are new here. If you need a place to stay while visiting or working in the Seattle area or building a house, you will find this property like a second home, a retreat.

Pets are sometimes accepted but it’s on an individual approval basis. It’s not on an automatic basis.
