Hello, my name is Dennis. My wife Giovanna and I welcome you to enjoy your life in our amazing condo with no maintenance! We are local and just live about 10 minutes away so anything you need we will be very prompt in taking care of. I am a Director at a senior living community and my wife is an accountant. We are having a baby in January and needed to move to a house. We didn't want to sell the condo because we love this property. We look forward to seeing you happy in your new home and helping with anything we can!
