Clean and quiet near UCSD, the Golden Triangle in UTC, and biotech firms. This location has the conveniences of a densely populated area, but people keep to themselves and are not intrusive. Nice walks nearby. This area is a starting point for bike rides along the ocean. The coastline is a short drive away in two directions: 7 minutes up by Torrey Pines Golf Course and 9 minutes to La Jolla Shores.
