I am a real estate investor in Chicago. I purchased this apartment not only for personal use with my family but also as a furnished corporate apartment to offset the cost of owning a second home. I am very flexible in terms of pricing and willingness to invest in the apartment where needed. I would like to use this apartment as the starting point for investing in a series of apartments to be primarily used for corporate apartment rentals.
