I have lived in Austin for more than 40 years. I bought and lived in this condo when I worked at the Texas Capitol. I'm retired now and live just a few miles away with my wife and two GSPs. I've rented out this condo for the last seven years. It is my only rental property and I make it my priority to see that my tenants get their needs met and enjoy this place as much as I did.
