Nancy has over 25 years of experience in the real estate field as an investor, owner, property manager, and real estate agent. She bought her first rental shortly after high school and continued to acquire more properties over the
subsequent years. As her portfolio grew, she realized the need for investor-minded property managers. Nancy owns and manages properties in the North Fort Worth area. Nancy completed her undergraduate with a BA and BAIS from Abilene Christian University, majoring in International Business and Human Resources Management. She has her MBA from Texas Women’s University. She spent 15 years in corporate America, working for Fortune 500 companies, performing various
disciplines of Human Resources Management. She feels her Human Resources experience gives her a strong background in reviewing applications and making
best-fit decisions. Nancy is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent and received the GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute designation.
