We have been renting our Condo to various corporations since 2006. We have had the pleasure of hosting people from all over the country. The condo is located on the beautiful Willamette River. Just a few steps out the door to the Willamette Greenway trail that is right in front of the unit. The trail includes sections that runs through parks, neighborhood streets, East Bank Esplanade and official trails. We also have a small market on the property.
