Oakville, ON is located in the southern part of the province between Hamilton and Toronto. This city has a population of nearly 200,000 and offers cultural attractions, sports, events, and much more. The second space furnished home in Oakville is a spacious 2,000 square feet with three bedrooms and two-bathrooms. This townhouse is in a great location with a view of Lake Ontario. The bedrooms are large, and the home is near cycling and walking trails.
The interior comes with two gas fireplaces, central air, and a washer and dryer. This spacious, bright home is only a short walk from restaurants and shops and comes with wireless Internet, Netflix, cable television, and more. The living room features a lovely picture window and a walkout to a terrace, which is a fantastic space for relaxing after work. The dining room is set up for formal or casual entertaining.
Two of the top employers in Oakville are Tim Hortons and Mattany Homes. Large corporations like The Ford Motor Company and Siemens also boast head Canadian offices in the city. Many of the companies in the city are in the life science industry, especially with regard to elderly care and pharmaceuticals. There are a number of retirement homes nearby. There is also a huge manufacturing presence near these homes with facilities like General Electric and UTC Aerospace at your door. Commuting is a breeze due to Oakville Transit offering local bus service and GO Transit offering bus and rail services. Via Rail services also operate a service in the city to help visitors get where they need to go.
