If a user purchases a gold package or stand alone virtual tour enhancement, the user would email support@mychbo.com their property images, up to 20 total. CHBO will then create a virtual tour youtube video and embed into the listing. If user purchases a platinum package, CHBO will do a photoshoot of the property and then create a virtual tour youtube video and embed into the listing. Typical turnaround is 5-10 days once images are available.
