Each property listing on CHBO has the option of receiving these requests with an active listing package. This property listing feature can easily be turned on or off by selecting “Yes or No” from the drop down menu when editing your property listing.
Also, consider the option to stop receiving housing request leads but have this feature turn back on based on a certain date. After selecting NO, there is an option to set a date to turn back on to receive leads. This will automatically turn this feature back on based on the date selected.
