1. Login to CHBO than visit the inbox
2. Check the box on the far left next to the leads you would like to archive. You can select multiple at once. There is not a delete option but rather you can archive for future reference.
3. Once you check the box next to the lead(s), then click the link that reads 'Archive' at the top.
4. This will place the lead into the 'Archived Requests' folder.
5. To unarchive, check the box next to the lead(s), then click the link that reads 'Unarchive' at the top. This will place the lead back in the main inbox.The archive all option
