1. At the top right of the CHBO website, click the Member Login link.
2. From the pop out form, click the Forgot Username link.
3. Insert the email address you used to register and click submit.
4. CHBO will send a username reminder email to the registered email address.
5. Revisit the site, at the top right of the CHBO website, click the Member Login link.
6. Insert your username and password.
