CLAIMS: Claims MUST be started up to 15 days after the coverage end date, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please contact CHBO to file a claim. Fill out the Contact CHBO form or email email@example.com and tell us a little about your claim.
Please include your Policy number, Coverage Holder name, date of purchase and property address. CHBO will initiate the claim process and ask you for photographs of the damage and repair invoices/receipts to complete the claim. This is a reimbursement program that pays out based on replacement of the damaged item(s).
