Steps to Complete and Submit Your CHBO Application
1. Locate Your Application

Log into your CHBO account.

Navigate to your saved application for the desired property (in this case, Property ID 28814).
2. Verify Application Fields

Ensure all required fields are completed.

Double-check for missing information, as incomplete applications may block submission.
3. Troubleshoot the Submit Button Issue
If the Submit button is unresponsive:

Clear your browser’s cache and cookies:

On Chrome:
Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear Browsing Data → Select "Cookies and other site data" & "Cached images and files" → Click Clear Data. -
On Safari:
Go to Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove stored data for CHBO.

Close your browser completely and reopen it.

Log back in to CHBO and try submitting again.
4. Submit the Application

After clearing cache/cookies, click Submit again.

Wait for any confirmation message or screen to appear.
