Renters will have two invoices due the same day the lease is signed and executed to finalize their reservation. Rent is due for the remainder of the month in which the lease starts at the rental property. This invoice will also include any fees and deposits associated with the lease. The next full month's rent is also due at lease signing.
Renters may pay via ACH, wire transfer, cashier’s check, or credit card. There is a 3.5% monthly processing fee to pay via credit card. If the move-in date is within 7 days of when the lease is executed, Renters must pay via credit card or overnight a cashier’s check to CHBO. CHBO also will need a copy of the front and back of the credit card.
