CHBO complete means your property is fully furnished within generally accepted corporate housing guidelines. Please visit, CHBO Complete for full details on how to become CHBO Complete. Once your property contains all the furnishings and equipment as outlined by the CHBO Complete guidelines, you can login to your dashboard and activate the CHBO Complete icon. This will show potential tenants that your property meets these guidelines of the program. This helps you rent your property more often.
