Those properties not in the CHBO rental program require you to follow the qualifications and requirements by the landlord. Contact the landlord of the property of interest to get details. If the property is apart of the CHBO rental program it is required to apply then go through a background/credit check and sign/agree to rental agreement. Some properties require a security deposit and pet deposit (if applicable).
