As the tenant, select the option from the dashboard under the Rental Program tab called, 'Request to Vacate/Extend'. Click the + in the top right to submit a request. Select the option and fill out the form then submit. A CHBO representative will process your request and reach out in reference to the decision. DO NOT submit a request to Extend or Vacate through the owner/property manager.
