CHBO sends property owners who sign up for General Housing requests (free option) an email notification they have a new General Housing Request. The contact information of the request is not forwarded in this email for the reasons listed here:
1. Avoid forwarding the email to non-CHBO members.
2. Privacy of the individual or companies personal information.
3. The option for each person to respond via the CHBO email system and track responses.
